If you’re here, chances are something hasn’t felt quite right for your child, teen, or family. Perhaps your child is experiencing anxiety, struggling with emotional regulation, finding relationships difficult, or you’re simply looking for the right support. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I provide child therapy, teen therapy, and adult & family counselling for children, adolescents, young adults, and their families who are navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, ADHD, behavioural concerns, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

I believe every behaviour tells a story. Rather than focusing only on changing behaviours, I work with families to understand the emotions, relationships, and developmental experiences that may be contributing to them. Together, we help children build resilience, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop healthier ways of coping at home, school, and in everyday life.

Working with me

No two children are the same. Every family brings unique strengths, challenges, and stories. My role is to help make sense of what is happening beneath the surface while creating a clear path forward that feels achievable and meaningful.

My approach to child counselling is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to each child. I integrate Attachment-Based Therapy, Play Therapy principles, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), family systems therapy, and somatic approaches to meet children where they are developmentally. Sessions are designed to be engaging, practical, and appropriate for each child’s age, strengths, and unique needs. Anxiety, panic, or persistent worry in teens

I’m glad you’re here, and I look forward to meeting you.
