PAVAN LILLY MC, BA
REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST
Fri.& Sat. Sessions are available virtually & in-person
Hello hello! I believe that everyone, big or small, has the ability to make positive change. My goal is to help make things feel less challenging by introducing new ways to look at familiar stuck points. Wherever you’re starting from, I’ll meet you there & walk alongside you to best support your healing journey!
I work with children, teens and adults experiencing a variety of concerns, such as emotional ups and downs, ADHD, trauma, navigating family and relationship dynamics & identity development. My therapeutic approach is genuine, collaborative, playful and compassionate. I aim to create a comfortable space to get what you’re needing, whether that’s a place to talk, laugh, cry, play, and/or be challenged.
Working with me
I do my best to tailor my approach to fit the needs of each person I work with, as everyone is different. I work from a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, multicultural lens and weave in aspects of Narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems, and play therapy as needed. My hope is to offer insights on how to adapt and tweak what isn’t working, while strengthening what is. When working with minors, I offer parent sessions where we can discuss various strategies for parents to use to best support your child.
I’m glad you’re here, and I look forward to meeting you.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my small dog. I enjoy being outside during the summer, as it’s my favourite season. When the weather gets cooler, I enjoy flexing my creative muscles, doing crafts, puzzles, reading & colouring. I’m always open to trying something new!
Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate it alone. Whether your family is facing a recent challenge or longstanding concerns, I look forward to partnering with you to help your child thrive.
