CLINICAL COUNSELOR

Available: Sundays, sessions are available virtually

I’m really glad you’re here. I’m a therapist who supports children, youth, and adolescents ages 5–17, as well as their families. Whether you're struggling with big emotions, anxiety, school stress, friendships, family challenges, or questions about identity, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a safe, welcoming, and neurodivergent-friendly space where young people can feel understood, express themselves freely, and explore challenges at their own pace

My work is trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and guided by an anti-oppressive framework. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, including LGBTQ2S+ youth and families, individuals exploring their sexuality or gender, and neurodivergent children and adolescents. Together, we will build on your strengths, honour your experiences, and work toward the goals that matter most to you.

I believe every behaviour tells a story. Rather than focusing only on changing behaviours, I work with families to understand the emotions, relationships, and developmental experiences that may be contributing to them. Together, we help children build resilience, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop healthier ways of coping at home, school, and in everyday life.

Working with me

I am passionate about building authentic connections and helping children and youth discover their strengths. Using a holistic, strengths-based, and person-centred approach, I tailor therapy to each client's unique needs and developmental stage. Through play-based interventions, creative expression, mindfulness, and evidence-based therapies, I help clients process difficult emotions, develop self-awareness and emotional literacy, and build practical coping skills for everyday life.

I’m glad you’re here, and I look forward to meeting you.
